Last summer my wife and I spend 10 days on the mountain pasture Grejsan with friends for a retreat. Meditation three times a day, yoga, and no speaking except for some meanings and just for practical reasons. Our friend Inger, who is the owner, keeps goats. We helped here milking them and making the traditional goat cheese and whey-cheese. We had a wonderful time! There is a lake nearby where we had our bath every morning. After the last meditation in the evening I would climb up the mountain with my camera equipment and enjoy the wonderful view. In July the nights are not really getting dark in Sweden, so sometimes I just slept for some hours and got up again to see the sun rise before the morning meditation.
