Bruddesta fishing village is a former fishing port , probably a village fishing place from the beginning of the 19th century, located along the Stone Coast just north of Äleklinta on Öland .Bruddesta fishing village with nets to dry the nets.
In the fishing village, there are nine small boathouses built of Öland limestone and the roofs covered with reeds . Behind the sheds are stone walled nets with drying racks for the nets.
Between the houses and the water are the old footpaths to pull the boats up, and here is the old barge .
Bruddesta fishing village was declared a listed building in 1985.
